      The story

      Madagaskar - Bejofo Estate

      Afkomstig van het historische Bejofo Estate, waar Criollo en Trinitario samenkomen in homogeen geselecteerde bonen, centraal gefermenteerd en op zonne-energie gedroogd. Sinds 1924 staat het estate bekend om zijn bijdrage aan de reputatie van Madagascar als herkomst voor fine flavour cacao. Een uitgesproken profiel van heldere citrus, rood fruit en florale tonen, afgerond met een warme kruidigheid.
