This 80% dark chocolate comes from the Hacienda San José in Ecuador. We make it with only cocoa beans, cane sugar, and a little cocoa butter. Simple, pure, and with a full, deep flavor.

Ons ambacht
For this bar, we hand-select the cocoa beans from Hacienda San José in Ecuador and roast them slowly to bring out the nutty aroma and subtle fruitiness. Then we grind the beans and mix them with cane sugar and cocoa butter, all in small batches and with great care in our workshop in Gouda.
